ABOUT CARI
Cari Marie Glancy began dancing at the age of five with Carol Young, owner of the Carol Young Dance Studio. She has also trained with Tina Decker and Diane Campbell of the Technical Dance Studio. Ms. Decker has traveled extensively throughout Europe performing “Cats”. Diane is the former instructor of a student named Tara Patrick, who is currently known as Carmen Electra.

Cari began dancing competitively at Carol’s working her way up from various dance lines to finally joining the Superettes. Their group won numerous awards from regional and national competitions, becoming the best of the best.

While in high school, Cari was hired to perform dance routines at the LaBoom Room at Waterfront, a disco which highlighted some of the better dancers from the local area. Cari’s dance partner was Tara Patrick.

Cari has also worked as a Smurf cartoon character and for Showstoppers Entertainment.

Always the performer, Cari enjoyed cheerleading and was a member of her school squad from fifth grade to her senior year. She was co-captain of her Hamilton High squad which won many awards during the four years she participated. Cari also served as choreographer for the Fairfield West Elementary Dance Program.

Today, Cari is devoting all her energies into making the JCA Dance Academy the best it can be!
